At Wilkins Bond our only target is to make successful introductions. We would prefer not to arrange an interview than to have a candidate or employer left wondering why an interview has taken place at all.
Our candidates remain in total control of where and when their details are released to potential employers. Indeed many of our registered candidates are not actively seeking a career change but wish to keep track of job opportunities or to compare market salaries.
